Summer Activities

Kira has loved both swimming and gymnastics this year! She had some really great teachers that gave her one on one attention. She was actually the only kid in one of her classes. I thought it was great because it meant they were working her harder than they normally would have. Natalie and Brittany were her teachers and they by they end of her sessions she is now able to float on her back by herself for 10 seconds! Her kicks have gotten quite strong and she is great at the breast stroke (chicken, airplane, soldier, if you ask Kira).

Kira also loved gymnastics and who was in class with her. She met another cute boy named Cooper whom she had to tell her dads that she kissed (it was on the cheek though)! They were super cute together. Her teacher was really great and High Point has been really great to work with!

T-Ball 2014

 T-ball has been such a blast this year! Kira got to be on the same team as Colin and loved it. Shayna and Stacy coached, which I am sure was really hard. Kira was able to pay attention to the game more get the ball (sometimes... we are little slow) and was able to hit the ball a lot further than last year. By the end of the season there were really not any parents out on the field helping the kids at all. Kira was the only girl on her team but that didn't phase her one bit!

Not so "Young Womens"!

I had the fortunate opportunity to be a part of an incredible neighborhood! I am not LDS but that made no difference to the wonderful girls I got to go to "Young Women's" with. They were/are incredible women who everyday teach me the importance of faith and love in everything we do. I can't say enough how grateful I am that they took me in and let me be a part of their activities and lives.

We are all older now and have a plethora of children to show for it! It was really great to see all the women who have shaped my life for the better.

The Tooth Fairy Strikes Again!

Kira has lost another tooth! She lost her first tooth because of an accident but this one came out all by itself! I still think her little friend Makenna jinxed Kira. Makenna was saying she had a loose tooth and not 5 minutes later Kira was saying the same thing!

 I hear Makenna has lost two teeth, lets hope Kira doesn't follow the same trend or she will be really toothless!

Spring Sharing

Kira has loved singing! She is now quite the "CAR" singer. Every where we go she wants to sing something, whether its something on the radio, something she made up or Frozen she is always singing!
Kira's Choir had their concert and she was super excited. Miss Jenna has been so wonderful this year. She did a great job teaching each of the kids to use their voices and learn to love music.

Lagoon

Kira loves Lagoon! We have gotten to go two years in a row! This year Kendal and Heather came up for the day! They absolutely loved it. We had such a blast spending the day there.

Kira and Kendal loved all the rides but Bulgy the Whale was a definite favorite! I was there to help with our dance team, so I would have to leave for a little bit and every time I tried to find Heather, Kendal and Kira again they were at Bulgy the Whale!
