"Make a Wave"

Everything just seems to be coming to an end! And while in many ways Im really excited in a lot of ways it makes me sad too! Kira's dance class was ending also! Natalie did the pictures at LaShars and did such a great job! She took soooo many cute pictures of Kira that I had to have them all!

Kira and Her Cute Class!

My Cute Girl!
I love this picture! I wanted a non-traditional picture of Kira and I in our Dancing clothes and this one is perfect!

Finally the day of the Dance Review! It seemed like it was long time in coming, and to top it all off  the teachers were the walking wounded! Dana had recently had stomach surgery, Natalie had a torn ACL, Jenny had just strained a muscle in her leg, and I was super sick! Glad we were all able to make it through the day somehow!

Kira on the other hand was doing great! She performed 3 times! She danced to "Tiki, Tiki" with marracas...

"Let it Grow" from the Lorax with flowers and...

the sign language to "Make a Wave"!

 Me and my Little Dancer!

"It's time to say Good Bye to all our Friends"

"It's time to say Good Bye to all our Friends!" was a song they sang everyday at the end of singing. The final day they sang it I was very  sad! Kira has had so much fun with all her class mates and her teachers! They had a little graduation on the very last class. I am so grateful Kira got to be apart of Cache Children's Choir this year!
Their Concert was adorable! Kira did a very good job. While she knew the words to "Take me to the Circus" and "Down by the Bay" she didn't seem to know any of the words to "I can't spell Hippopotomus". Their little hand actions were very cute!

I am so proud of Kira and all she has accomplished this year!

Until Next Year!

Kira's Preschool ended a little while ago and I'm just getting this up! She had such cute teachers and we are grateful to the university for having such a fun program! We are looking forward to another fun year!

Lagoon!

These two little peas in a pod got to spend the whole day on Saturday together! I had a Dance Competition that day so we were able to get into Lagoon for a discounted price. Wendy was such a great help and took the girls to all the fun rides while I was teaching or dancing. Kira really liked the swings and boat I was told, but did not like Puff, or the Space Ships as I learned. Makenna took a little bit longer to warm up to the rides but she quickly got over her fear and loved all the rides!

Puff was not a hit. Kira was not happy at all and her face got more and more scared as the ride went on! Each time she went around you could see less and less of her as she was trying to hide behind Makenna!
Back the more sedate torpedos!
Waiting for the boat ride! It was one of the longest lines, it took such a long time to get the kids in and out of the ride that it was definitely not worth the wait, but the girls liked it anyways!
One of the few rides Wendy and I went on was the train! It was also snack time as Kira is going through a growth spurt and can't seem to eat enough!
Then we road the sky ride, which was fun but I forgot I was wearing flip-flops until I was in the air. We could only ride two per chair so Wendy and Makenna road behind us!
Then we waited in line for the Tea Cups! I hate the tea cups from a long past experience even thinking about the tea cups makes me ill. So we patiently waited with our backs to ride so the girls could have a turn on the ride. Unfortunately when we finally got to the front they told us that the girls couldn't ride by themselves I was devastated! But we all clambered into our own cup and went around in circles a couple times. Definitely not my favorite part of the day!

Off for some more fun!
Thanks again to Wendy and Makenna for coming with us! It was such an Amazing Day!
