My Family...
Through all of my trials they have been there for me! I am grateful for all the help and great family memories. From when I was little and we would go out to eat every Saturday Night after Church (if we behaved!), To the Sunday Dinners at my house that included half the neighborhood and games after! Now they are passing those fun family memories and attitudes down to Kira and I am grateful for that.
My Friends...
I have been blessed with some amazing friends! I have had plenty of two-faced friends to know that these people are truly special! They accept me for me and don't ask for anything but a good time! We may not see each other for a long time, but we pick up right where we left off every time! Many friends not pictured here who I am grateful for also!
Dance...
I started dancing when I was three. I had my years where it was just to pass the time, I didn't get serious until middle-school! But now it is a lifestyle! LaShars is my family! I know I wouldn't be the person I am now without their influence and love! Everyday I get to teach is one more day I get to continue living a childhood dream!
Kira...
The most wonderful thing to ever happen to me! She has been such a lifesaver for me. She takes care of my soul! And when I feel the world is crashing down around me, she is there to remind me to smile. She makes me laugh, cry, mad, crazy, frustrated, happy, spontaneous, proud, silly, and love more everyday!
Roger...
As a little girl you dream of a handsome prince! As you get older your dream is diminished by the Joe Shmoes, Spike Jones, and Crazy Eddies of the world. You start to believe that your expectations and reality are the dream and an unattainable one at that. I finally found my Prince! After many years of Frogs, I found that one guy who is handsome, kind, caring, understanding, funny, charming, chivalrous, helping, supportive, hardworking, grateful, and MINE! He not only loves me but loves Kira with all his heart! He is an amazing husband, father, and friend! I knew after a week, if he asked me to marry him I would say "yes." He is everything and more!
Good and Bad Times...
As I look at this list, I realize how I can buy none of it! I am grateful for all the experiences in life who have helped me become the person that I am. I am grateful for the hard times in life that teach you, that you are stronger than you think. As well as grateful for the happy times when they come around because it is all too soon gone away. To learn to find happiness even in the darkest moments.
I hope everyone had an amazing Thanksgiving. I was truly Thankful for mine!
